Everytime I come home, there's one meal I HAVE to eat.
huaraches.
Why yes, that does translate to mean sandals in Spanish ...
It's my favorite meal, salty, deep fried, just the way I like things.
There's so many ways to prepare it, but I like it simple, salsa verde, crema, and cheese.
I love being Mexican.
