on friday, I hosted a freshman year ward reunion. almost half of the boys are back from their missions so it was high time we start catching up. there's nothing that says fall quite like caramel apple making. we had all sorts of yummy toppings (oreo cookie was my favorite!). i really was surrounded by some of the best people freshman year and it's so nice to see some familiar faces back at school!

yum! I haven't had caramel apples in ages!
THAT IS THE BEST IDEA I HAVE EVER HEARD OF! a caramel apple party! i have to do that now. your caramel was in a crock pot? was there a recipe for that?
Li-Sha!
It was so much fun! Um. I just used the regular recipe on the backs of the caramel packages but then heated it in the crockpot so that it would constantly stay warm.
It took kind of a long time though so towards the end I just started melting the caramel on the stove and transferring it to a crockpot. :]
have a party though do it! & then post pictures. :]
