because i was digging the way she wore her scarf-a-ma-bob.
Turns out,
it's part of uniform, all the newbies have to wear it for a week before they can wear, "the hat."

Tiff got a candle for my cupcake,
only to find out five seconds later that they actually cost 15 ¢ oops!
